  Fast efficient and knowledgeable. My fault for not asking in advance price for cabin air filter I usually replace them myself $40 was too high for a 5 minute job including filter.

  The crew at my Coburg Rd location is great! I trust them not to forget to replace the oil pan plug like happened at a different company! This crew has been working together for several years and have a great symbiosis.

  This crew is the best! I feel so safe and comfortable bringing my car here. They are polite, efficient, educational (explaining my car’s needs), and looking out for customers’ interests (if I convey a budgetary restriction, they suggest which services are necessary, and which can wait). Their compassion is tangible, as is their team spirit. I think their camaraderie has the effect of quality service. I’m a regular, obviously. Thanks Coburg jiffy lube!

  Zac the assistant manager is a good dude. The battery terminals on my car were completely rusted away and were causing connection problems. I went to goodyear downtown Eugene and they quoted me almost $300 dollars to replace my terminals. When I told them I would rather do it myself, they then pulled my car out of the garage and when I got there it obviously wouldn't turn on. When I got out and popped the hood to try and reset the connection, I looked up and the techs are sitting in the garage laughing at me with no other cars in the garage. That's when I went to Jiffy Lube and talked to Zac. He helped me and only charged me $100, so I left a pretty good tip and said thank you, as any good customer should do when they are treated right. Moral of my story DONT GO TO GOODYEAR, GO TO JIFFYLUBE. I understand Jiffy Lube can't do everything but they aren't a scam like all of these other shops. Thank you Zac

  Quick efficient, did not try to oversell. What I especially like about jiffy lube is that they do free oil top offs as long as you're within the milage range until next oil change. This will save me a few bucks! I'm pretty sure this was about $15 more than the last oil change I got at a different place in Eugene for full synthetic oil, but cant complain I don't believe thats a factor of the business maybe more so the economy.
