  Service was good. I didn’t appreciate that my radio station was changed and a new preset was put on. I turned the sound all the way off before I left my car. I don’t think whoever moved my car should be adding presets to my radio or changing the station. Very unprofessional.

  Taylor from Hyundai Eugene (sales) went above and beyond and provided me with exceptional customer service today. The service dept was closed and I had to get my Santa Fe towed to this location while on vacation. Since the service dept was closed, there was no way for me to obtain a loaner car from them. Taylor offered to drive my sister and I to a nearby rental car place with his own vehicle, so I didn’t have to pay for an uber on top of everything else. We had had a terrible start to our day and that act of kindness was extremely appreciated and says a lot about a person! Thanks again, Taylor!

  I had a great experience at the VW end of Sheppard Motors Group I did buy an Elantra after test driving several other cars the sales person was fantastic and while I did Purchase at the VW end they are a team... paperwork finalized in the Vovo Store... WELL DONE

  March 26, 2026- Nikki was Amazing in Service, a true GEM! She made the whole service process Seamless and honest and Fabulous! Love this place. We bought our Suv here in 2017 and they honored our Warranty which says a lot about them. I will forever buy all our cars here! And Tom was amazing when we bought our car in 2017 as well. Love this place! 5 stars! Best business we ever went to!!! Thx Hyundai for a fabulous experience 2x now! We actually chose to go here in Eugene rather tham.Medford which was closer, because of Nikki and everyone there. We can't say enough great things about Eugene Hyundai, thx so much!   Such a wonderful experience at Hyundai Eugene today!!! Buying our first new car brought up a lot of questions and over the past week Brett was emailing anytime we had a question, from financing, to approvals, to specs on the car he has been awesome! We also had the pleasure of working with Dustin the sales manager who was on top of getting us the best deal possible for the car we wanted! We even had a unique situation and he was able to get us into the car today! Erin helped us out with all the paperwork which can be very stressful but he was such a pleasant person to work with and helped us to feel comfortable and taken care of. All in all had such a great experience! Highly recommend you check out what they can offer you if you're in the market for a car! Awesome!
