I had a young guy start my process as I pulled into the bay, then he went to the car next to him and started doing something over there Then the manager came over and asked him if he was supposed to be working on my car in this bay and he said yes, so he told him to get back over here and finish mine. I really liked the leadership of that manager. Making sure people are staying productive and on task. The manager proceeded to have a nice conversation with me. I was able to get a $25 off coupon through text message, then they showed me my air filter was dirty, and because I had a coupon I was able to buy the air filter I felt happy and then the manager reset my oil light that was on my dashboard display for me.
