They set the new blades on each side, then a different guy puts them on. He put the passenger side on but never did the driver side and just left it sitting there.

I purchased a voucher online via Groupon for an oil change yet when it came to pay I was only give an $18 discount so I paid $60 via Groupon and another $60 at the shop. WOW. I paid since I’m not a confrontational person and assumed that was the actual price but after leaving I felt like something was off. Luckily I was able to resolve that with the online chat and will be receiving a refund for $60 (we’ll see since it takes a few days to hit the account). But the thing that had me feeling some type of way was the failure to do a simple tire pressure check. I went in with low tire pressure (my car tells me what it’s at for each tire) and assumed they’d top it off but no they instead just put “checked-ok”on the receipt. I drove off and my tire pressure was still low as I came in. Didn’t see anyone even do one. If something simple like tire pressure was lied about what else are you willing to lie that you did? Bad first impression. Won’t be returning to location.

I check the Valvoline site and it says I should get double that and not need change for 6 months?? Also, the coupon would not display on my phone browser or through gmail so the $15 off coupon could not be used and I paid full price.
