  I went to get my Transmission fluid replaced and it was the most efficient and easy going experience ever. The staff at the west 11th Valvoline excel at their jobs and do amazing service in such a timely manner. While also being super friendly and super knowledgeable giving incredible recommendations. I will continue to go to this Valvoline for all of my repairs and services.

  Got an oil change here. Upon completion the tech that had been working with me said I was done and walked away. After a couple a minutes of no instruction I turned on my car to leave. A different tech ran up told me to turn it off and said I needed to wait and that there was a “process” that had to be followed. So here is some advice for your “process” first don’t tell people they are done if you still have work to do. And maybe just maybe don’t completely abandon a job after completing 95% of it. Also maybe consider setting up your “process” so that the 5 of you that were in the bay aren’t all working on the same car.
