  The technician (Dakota) was prompt and professional. He repaired a nickel-sized chip in our windshield and now it is barely noticable, and warranted against spreading. It only took about 30 minutes, and he came to our house on the Oregon coast the day after we scheduled it online. A+!

  This shop had amazing customer service. Very kind and happy environment. They got my truck in immediately and was very fast. I just sat in their lobby watching Funniest Home Videos on TV and scrolled my phone. Before I knew it the job was done. About an hour. They presented all my options and I made my choices and it was done. Beautiful job. The windshield is great. Got the Rainex put on and new windshield wipers too. Thanks guys!

  BMWs apparently are a challenge for Safelite. Several visits were made to our home with incorrect windshield - with the ability to allow the "heads up display". Ultimately installed and then challenges with setting up the "heads up display" and getting it to recognize all the features.

  A few days ago I had Technician Jared replace the windshield on my car, and Technician Eric replaced the windshield on my husband's car. Both were simply fantastic at their jobs! Very personable, answered any questions we had, and installed the windshields flawlessly! They get a 10 outta 10 from both of us 👌

  After getting car back halfway home I could hear air coming in from the corner of the windshield. Called as soon as I got home and was told I would have to make an appointment to have it fixed. When I arrived for my appointment the technician named Josh got mad I brought the car back and told me I would have to pay if he broke the windshield when he fixed the problem. After arguing for a while another employee stepped in and told him he was wrong and not there policy. This was done in the summer. After are first rain we realized he didn’t hook up are automatic windshield wiper that are censored off the windshield. I would stay away from this treated horrible for a mistake they made. Oh
