I gave them a call on monday morning 8/25/25 and a guy answered the phone I asked him how much it would cost for a transmission fluid service. He seemed friendly at first then he took down my name and vehicle year, make and model then he said can I call you back it will only be like 10 or 20 minutes. I ofcourse said sure to be nice and that's the last I heard from them. They never bothered to even call me back! This is very unprofessional and I'm not impressed.
