    The truck was a brand new truck, but the truck broke down one week before and in the same place I was told, they never should the ad rented it out with out having an inspection by a mechanic ,

    Drove across the US in 2020 and dropped our truck off at this location. They were so helpful and accommodating. Since then we have rented two trucks from here for local moves and I am so impressed with their customer service. They definitely take care of their customers and I really appreciated it. I highly recommend them for truck rentals and drop off.

    Truck wasn't what I ask for, the truck wouldn't take the upgrades. I had semi trucks passing me, had sir brakes go out. Yes they got some one out there but took a hour and half. Just for some company to come out, then another half an hour to get the part fixed. The front tires had grooves in them , the back tires had chunks of the tire missing, but was still rented to. The first Def fluid was ok, but the second one spewed out of the too lost of money there. The back of the truck smelt like fish, as we told the person at the 1-800 number and they just laughed. So I got to pay $2,400 just to drive the truck that was not inspection and fixed
