  Easy on-line reservations, prompt service at the airport both for pickup and return. I left my garage door opener in the car by accident and I was called less than an hour after drop off and told it would be mailed to my home address. Excellent customer service!

  National is my go to for rental cars! I always look for their offers first. Great service, good vehicles, and clean.

  STOP USING OVERSEAS CALL CENTERS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I don’t know what country you’re using, but their English is TERRIBLE. I am trying to get my billing emailed to my correct email address. I have had to repeat myself NUMEROUS times and they still don’t get the information correctly.

  i got a flat tire and got horrible roadside assistance. the girls on the helpline were extremely rude and gave me inaccurate information and hung up on me. nothing against local branch but this company gives 10x better customer service when you are trying to make a reservation than when your car breaks down, says something about their priorities
