  Not impressed. Overly priced and not solution-oriented, unless the solution is to charge as much as possible and do least they can to earn it.

  Andrew and the crew have been extraordinarily helpful to me. They always go above and beyond to take care of me and my rig. I cannot recommend them enough, and as long as I am in the area i will be trusting them with all of my vehicles.

  I have had an excellent experience at Goodyear in Eugene. The entire staff went above and beyond with their customer service from the moment I walked in, I was treated with genuine friendliness, kindness, and respect. They took the time to explain everything clearly, paid close attention to detail, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the process. It’s rare to find a place where you feel truly cared for as a customer, but this team absolutely delivers. Their pricing is fair and transparent, which I really appreciate. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for honest service and a great team to work with.

  Went here to get a flat fixed. They “looked at it” for two hours and couldn’t find the problem. Gave me a list of other issues with the car, several of which I know to be inaccurate, such as one of the wiper fluid sprayers not functioning, and a brake light being out. Charged me a chunk of change for the hell of it. Took it to Superior in Goshen a week later. They found a piece of metal stuck in the tire and patched it. Didn’t charge me anything. Whole thing took about 20 minutes. Attendants were polite, but pretty incompetent. Won’t go here again.
