    Went here to get a flat fixed. They “looked at it” for two hours and couldn’t find the problem. Gave me a list of other issues with the car, several of which I know to be inaccurate, such as one of the wiper fluid sprayers not functioning, and a brake light being out. Charged me a chunk of change for the hell of it. Took it to Superior in Goshen a week later. They found a piece of metal stuck in the tire and patched it. Didn’t charge me anything. Whole thing took about 20 minutes. Attendants were polite, but pretty incompetent. Won’t go here again.

    These people were so helpful even loaned me a tool so I could bring in my tire to be replaced. They went above and beyond to help even tried to find me solutions to services they dont offer. Great people great business. Anyone who needs tire in Eugene Oregon should definitely spend their time and money at this establishment.

    Wheel alignment and rotation went as expected. Free overall auto inspection was helpful and revealed a few issues needing attention. While in the waiting room I witnessed the manager as well as the service manager, working diligently and at great length to help two separate clints with involved issue. Their level of patience, caring and effort were really remarkable. A rare thing in business these days. I hope Goodyear treats them both very well, they are certainly an asset to the business.

    Quick and easy, the guys here at Goodyear made the whole process painless and got it all done very quick even though it was a last minute ask!!
