    These people were so helpful even loaned me a tool so I could bring in my tire to be replaced. They went above and beyond to help even tried to find me solutions to services they dont offer. Great people great business. Anyone who needs tire in Eugene Oregon should definitely spend their time and money at this establishment.

    Wheel alignment and rotation went as expected. Free overall auto inspection was helpful and revealed a few issues needing attention. While in the waiting room I witnessed the manager as well as the service manager, working diligently and at great length to help two separate clints with involved issue. Their level of patience, caring and effort were really remarkable. A rare thing in business these days. I hope Goodyear treats them both very well, they are certainly an asset to the business.

    I bought tires from Amazon and had them shipped to this Goodyear. These people were amazing in their customer service getting me in promptly and then they also did a wheel alignment on our vehicle. Again, they did a fantastic job and I highly recommend this company.
