  Mike and Katie were SO amazing. Talk about top-tier customer service. I think I called this location five times within a week because my moving logistics kept changing. I ended up figuring out what vehicle I needed just a couple hours before I actually needed to pick it up and Katie was so nice on the phone and had the vehicle ready for me when I got there. Of course, once I got there, I was once again considering a different moving plan, which would require a different vehicle. Mike was totally game get me whatever vehicle would make my move would be easiest for me and unbothered by my inability to make a decision, which was impressive since even I was sick of myself at this point, haha. I am not easily impressed, and am usually left disappointed, and everyone at this location was SO NICE and so professional. PS if you are moving, their high roof cargo van is bigger than a 10’ uhaul box truck, and much nicer to drive.
