- RERory EverittNov 11, 20251.0This location completely let me down. I had booked a cargo van 4 months in advance. The day before the reservation, I received a (nice) voicemail saying they were looking forward to seeing me and to remember to bring my ID and method of payment and to call back if any questions. So imagine my complete surprise when I showed up at the allotted time and they told me they didn't have a vehicle for me. Their excuse was that all cargo vans in the fleet were grounded due to a factory recall. I mean, come on. Why hadn't they pro-actively told me that when the grounding decision was made? Why hadn't they mentioned it when they gave me the courtesy call the day before? Why hadn't they worked to get me an alternate vehicle? It left me in a huge bind, as I was depending on that vehicle! I kept my cool and focused on solutions. Of course everything was already booked and there wasn't an option to go up a vehicle size or pick up a day later. The person working the front desk didn't seem to care. When I asked if any nearby locations would have anything they said they would inquire and get back to me. As expected after this interaction, I never heard a follow up. Never renting from this location again.
