The people especially the lady working here on the evening of 11/24 give incompetence and unprofessional a whole new level! I have been renting cars through our business and personally for years and I have never had such poor service and incompetence! The lady working struggled in every aspect and took almost 30 minutes to check a car in at an airport! It’s a simple process, cars are already paid for but she made it so painful I may as well rented from dollar saver. To make it worse she and her colleague lied to me repeatedly about charging my card repeatedly then claiming they were refunding it! Beware of this place!!!
