The RV was immaculately clean, and the customer service was truly over the top. Justin did a very thorough walk-through and took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure we felt confident and comfortable before purchasing. We originally agreed to buy the RV knowing we would be putting new tires on ourselves. A week before pickup, they called and told us they weren’t comfortable letting us drive it with the old tires — and they put brand-new tires on at their own expense. Who does that anymore? That level of integrity and care for their customers is rare. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for an RV and wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again.
