  5+ stars for Aidan B who helped me replace a battery in my son’s 1999 Mustang since I’m visiting from out of town and didn’t have my tools locally. Great attitude, fantastic customer service….thanks a million for your help!!

  The rent a tool was a nice idea but I paid the deposit and was told that I would have it refunded back to me when I returned the tool. I returned it and then I was told that it would be refunded soon. I used Apple Pay. When I hadn’t received it back within the first few hours I went back and then was told that it could take up to 72 business hours before I received it. I specifically asked them if I would get the refund immediately before I rented it and was told yes. I’m a disabled veteran who lives on the disability check and supports my family with that alone and we have no extra money to live with day to day so waiting for the 3 business days when I rented it on a Friday means we have to figure out how to get by until the next Wednesday. I sure wish that the employees would be able to give you honest information and have the information themselves in the first place. All this caused was more stress for me and I should have just bought one because it would have been cheaper than having my money tied up for days.

  OK, I am not mechanically inclined, so something as simple as replacing headlight bulbs can be daunting to me. So, when Lacey offered to step outside and help me with the replacement, I was more grateful than words can express. But it gets better, I was struggling with one of light sockets and Anna came out and removed the bulb. I will never shop another auto parts store again. This is my new go to destination. Thank you Autozone!

  Went to AutoZone on river road with a dead battery asked if they could charge it , I left my dome light on over night and it drained they told me they would charge it and I could pick it up after work the next day which was fine with me , I came back the next day and they said it was dead and I needed to buy a new one , the battery wasn't that old so I was skeptical, I said no thanks I went home hooked up the battery sure enough it was dead , so I took my battery to another AutoZone who said they could charge it came back a little later they said the battery was good I took it home and hooked it up and the vehicle started right away , river road AutoZone is a scam and liars , thank you to the other AutoZone for not trying to rip me off.

  Purchased a power steering high pressure hose online and picked it up in store a short time later. I love Autozone's android app that let's you add your specific vehicle model and shows which parts are in stock at your store and if not, it shows you a nearby store that has it available. Associates were friendly, and very helpful.
