I returned it and then I was told that it would be refunded soon. I used Apple Pay. When I hadn’t received it back within the first few hours I went back and then was told that it could take up to 72 business hours before I received it. I specifically asked them if I would get the refund immediately before I rented it and was told yes. I’m a disabled veteran who lives on the disability check and supports my family with that alone and we have no extra money to live with day to day so waiting for the 3 business days when I rented it on a Friday means we have to figure out how to get by until the next Wednesday. I sure wish that the employees would be able to give you honest information and have the information themselves in the first place. All this caused was more stress for me and I should have just bought one because it would have been cheaper than having my money tied up for days.

So, when Lacey offered to step outside and help me with the replacement, I was more grateful than words can express. But it gets better, I was struggling with one of light sockets and Anna came out and removed the bulb. I will never shop another auto parts store again. This is my new go to destination. Thank you Autozone!
