  Alamo has been definitely by far the best Rental Car Experience yet. The agents are friendly, kind and Just pleasant to work with. Not pushing you to upsell, etc. And reasonable rates. I will definitely keep using Alamo hands-down best car rental experience yet!

  Excellent experience at the Eugene airport. Fast, friendly, efficient service despite the late hour (12:30 AM, right at closing time). I even got an unexpected upgrade and my vehicle was clean, fueled up and in great working order.

  I usually hate renting cars because the employees have terrible attitudes, don't know what they're doing, are all about the upsell and are pretty useless. And then there's the Oregon location of Alamo. First of all , the car rental companies are located right at the terminal and the cars are located 200 feet from there, so it's easy peasy. The staff is friendly, professional, and get you in and out as fast as possible. Returning the car was no drama- the guy pointed where I should park it, checked the mileage, and I was out of there. This was the least amount of time I've ever spent at the rental lot at any rental place, and I used to be Hertz Gold where they put your name on a board and you don't have to talk to anyone. Great job Eugene Alamo!
