  Excellent experience at the Eugene airport. Fast, friendly, efficient service despite the late hour (12:30 AM, right at closing time). I even got an unexpected upgrade and my vehicle was clean, fueled up and in great working order.

  I usually hate renting cars because the employees have terrible attitudes, don't know what they're doing, are all about the upsell and are pretty useless. And then there's the Oregon location of Alamo. First of all , the car rental companies are located right at the terminal and the cars are located 200 feet from there, so it's easy peasy. The staff is friendly, professional, and get you in and out as fast as possible. Returning the car was no drama- the guy pointed where I should park it, checked the mileage, and I was out of there. This was the least amount of time I've ever spent at the rental lot at any rental place, and I used to be Hertz Gold where they put your name on a board and you don't have to talk to anyone. Great job Eugene Alamo!

  Was a great experience with the pick up at Eugene Oregon airport and the car was great. Drop off was also smooth because it was a drop box.

  They apparently share several desks with other rental companies but don’t have any signs to show you as much. They also only have one person working for these multiple companies. Waited in line in the Alamo side just to get told to go to the back of the National line. Wasted a full hour of an already short day just because they can’t be bothered to put up proper signage and attend to people in the order they arrive. Beyond frustrating.
