  I live out of town. My Q5 had turbo issues with no check engine light on. They test drove it with me and listened to my complaint, and had it diagnosed very quickly. JJ was awesome, he let me in early to drop it off and stayed late when I picked it up. He had the parts expedited. The repair was done quickly and they took care of some updates while they had it. The car was clean and parked out of the rain when we came for it, my wife appreciated not getting soaked. This was the hands down best experience I've had at a dealership service department.

  Jordan Youngblood was absolutely amazing! I lived quite a few hours away, and he sent me a video, constant communication, answers to my questions and helped me make my purchase in a Safe way from another City -The financing staff were kind efficient and honestly, it was the best experience I’ve ever had purchasing a car thank you!

  We traveled over from Bend, Jake, Heath and the finance team were very efficient and professional. Once we finished the deal, as we drove off, the car started to rattle. We brought it back immediately, they identified the problem, kept it overnight, and delivered it to us the next day. They helped us turn around and get back through the snowy pass promptly! Very good service. As a bonus, the coffee in the showroom is very good! We'll be shopping there again.

  Eugene Audi has consistently provided great service, both on the purchase and service sides. We take our vehicles in for routine maintenance and the service team is great. They are friendly and reliable in their communications, customer service, and the quality of the work. They also provide video of the work performed. More recently, JJ assisted me and the process was seamless. I highly recommend the Eugene location - they have definitely changed my view of going to a dealership!
