Assistant Manager Kasen was very thorough, informative, and super polite! He knew exactly what things my vehicle needed. I got behind a car in line but was still all done in 20 minutes!!

- DADanny AvilaApr 12, 20261.0A few months ago I brought one of my cars in (2023 model year) they either forgot to re fasten several screws on my skid plate or lost the bolts. I didn't find out until I took my car to the dealer for scheduled service. I thought "Maybe the dealership is looking to make a quick sale on a few bolts? No way valvoline forgot to refasten those bolts". To be safe, I opted to take that car to Jiffy lube on circle boulevard for future oil changes. Next, I took my fiance's car in for an oil change to valvoline. I drove it home just a block away when they finished up and took a peek under the car. The skid plate was hanging on by just 2/8 screws. I bought replacement screws and attempted to refasten them when I found that they stripped the holes for my fasteners. I'll be taking our cars to Jiffy lube on circle blvd.
