Mike was very patient with us even though we took 5 days to finally make our choice . We told Mike our price range and option requirements and he found 4 Big Horn trucks for us . We negotiated a fair trade in for our car as well as a fair price for the car we bought. Sometimes you get less pay more deal that leaves a bitter taste. A week after the deal was done we discovered a condition issue that was not obvious to us or them. We contacted them and they took care of it to our complete satisfaction. They are a 3 hour drive from our town that has a national chain dealership that controls virtually every brand of vehicle. We purchased our last car from them. But in a couple of years when it is time for our next car we will make the drive to Coos Bay.

No fighting no anxiety. Great experience! Amanda and Brian where so nice, pleasant and knowledgeable it made the experience absolutely fantastic. Would definitely return to buy again.
