    I came all the way from Bend and Mike was able to pick me up at the rental drop off. I was absolutely blown away with the staff, vehicle and seamless process. They were able to get me in and out within an hour.

    Okay it’s time for a review! Buckle up because here we go!😉 I was just scrolling on Facebook one day and boom the most beautiful minivan I I’ve ever seen (because be so for real it’s a minivan!) and I thought to myself “I’ve gotta have it! So I messaged the poster and it just so happened to be Tyler ya know the bald guy!? Told me to stop by, ask for him and take it for a spin! So that’s exactly what I did! I showed up and asked for him only he was busy with another customer! I’m so not mad about that because it gave me the opportunity to work with Miranda! I tell you what she really is amazing! She grabbed the keys and let me check it out! I was nervous my credit wouldn’t allow it because I’m literally just a girl! 💅🏻 So they ran the numbers and to my surprise I was golden! So we hopped in and took that beast for a spin! I absolutely hated it! It felt like I was driving a school bus! I felt almost defeated because it was so cute I just couldn’t see myself driving it daily! After discussing what all used vehicles they had to offer with Miranda and Bill I had almost given up hope! Then Bill said “what about that 2018 Toyota Highlander we JUST got!?”. My first thought was ehh Toyotas aren’t that comfortable but I’ll look at it I guess! Let me tell you what! I’m in absolute heaven! Heated seats upfront and in the back!? 360 camera!! And a heated steering wheel!? I could go on and on about this car! I would have sold my soul to the devil for this car! When Bill said they had just gotten this vehicle in he meant it! It hadn’t been seen by technicians or detailed or anything when I test drove it! I fell in love with it full of sand and dog hair and all! I was going to do whatever I had to do to get this car! They had to of course get it all clean and shiny and make sure it was good and sound so I went back a couple days later to sign paperwork. All I’m going to say about the paperwork process is it could have been explained a little better. I was an unusual situation though so I’ll keep it at that! Michael did a great job at handling my 10 minutes of panic during the paperwork process! But overall 10/10 and definitely recommend anyone and everyone give these guys and gals a chance because they really are phenomenal!

    I had to get the key code for my jeep wrangler that I own, and the parts manager was very very rude and refused to give me the key code to my vehicle. It even says in the manual if you lose your key code, go to the dealership and have them get it for you. He told me to use a locksmith to get the code that her was looking at on his screen. I had title and ID in hand. Thankfully another employee went and got the manager and i was able to get the code. Very very rude guy who is suppossed to be a manager of a department. Very dispointed with the way I was treated.

    10/10 worst dealership around. I got a 2018 Range Rover evoque from them, was told nothing was wrong, it just sat in the lady’s garage and she wanted to get rid of it because she had too many cars and never drove it. Yet, the car broke down a week later, it took them awhile to get the car into the shop and to get it fixed, after getting my car back the next day the check engine light came back on again and now a few months later the car doesn’t work and I’m stuck paying almost $600 a month for a glorified yard decoration. They also didn’t get the plates for my car because they thought there was plates on the car and when I told them that there wasn’t, I was told that I needed to go buy them at the DMV, yet they gave me temporary plates and charged me for the plates. Place is a total scam. this is the very first vehicle I have ever bought and it was the worst experience of my life. I’d be better off on eBay. The general manager is no help and very unprofessional saying she will do things and never does it or I have to message weeks or months later to ask her to do it again. I asked to get my car into the shop before my child was born and she just insisted we take it somewhere else instead of helping us. I bought the car from you and you should fix it, not pawn it off because it’s too hard and because of that, my car broke down on the side of the road with my 4 day old child inside of it. I called and asked to speak to someone above Amanda, the general manager and they refused to give me the owners number because he wasn’t local. Nothing about my experience has been good and I would recommend going somewhere else. I sure wish that I did.

    Brought our van in with a paper from auto zone that showed it needed a hose replaced. The check engine light was on. They looked at the van and did over a 1000 in other repairs and did not replace the hose. We got the van back and the check engine light came on 2 hours later after getting it back. Took the van back and what do you know it was the hose like auto zone said. I feel like they scammed me and did a lot of not needed repairs to get money. THEY ARE A SCAM
