  Absolutely 5-star service from Bay Area Dodge! The service shop team went above and beyond for our family. We had questions about our brand-new truck, and even though they were extremely busy, they still took the time to make sure we had the information we needed and could get safely back on the road. As working farmers, having reliable vehicles is extremely important, and we truly appreciate a service team that understands how much families depend on their trucks every day. They also helped us get our Jeep in quickly, found the problem fast, and worked us into their schedule so we could get back to work. The staff was amazing, friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. They gave us great information and treated us with kindness from start to finish. We highly recommend the service shop at Bay Area Dodge to anyone looking for honest, helpful, and dependable service! e

  Just bought a 2018 jeep renegade and wanted to give a shoutout to the crew at Bay Area jeep dodge ram, everyone there made my family feel super welcome and made our car buying experience one of the best I’ve had. Special shoutouts to Michael and Ben. You guys rock!

  Hands down the worst service and customer response around. Be warned you are charged $185 for a "service fee" even for a battery check. The front office staff had no answer for this but "we charge everyone this". They also wanted $900 for a battery and installation which I'm doing myself for 250. This place robs you.

  This was my 2nd purchase with Bay Area CJDR. They where great to deal with and fast. I bought a used truck as is, I left the dealership in my "new, used truck" and 1 1/2hrs later the passenger mirror was not folding in right ( Which I never checked before leaving) and I called my salesmen and he said bring it in. So Monday I bring the truck in and they said it needs a new mirror and its ordered. Tuesday I get a call that my mirror is in and scheduled me in . Wednesday I go back and 20 minutes later its done. Awesome!!! I was super happy with the total experience with the entire team!
