- BHBrent HussJul 18, 20251.0My first call was on hold for 3 minutes and was hung up on. My second call an hour later got me through to a gal that transfered me to another gal. Told her I was looking for a 5th wheel to Gooseneck adapter. I might as well been speaking Chinese. She put me on hold again.. was on hold 16 minutes and I hung up. Manager needs fired and employees need training.
