  Super easy and fast process. I was impressed and would def use enterprise again. Everyone here was so nice and personable. They turned an inconvenient situation into a good experience

  Every time I rent a car from the Clackamas OR store it’s always a great experience. Jeff was super helpful with getting us on our way. And the return was a breeze as well. Nice car, clean and comfortable! Thank you enterprise! Our trip was amazing!

  The Saturday before Thanksgiving we were running around, prepping for our week out of state for the holiday. I was running behind and called and spoke with Alan. I let him know that I was running late but am on my way. Arriving at 12:02 to find the gate was locked, keys dropped and Alan waiting in the dark. He cracked the door to tell me coldly they are closed and there is nothing he could do. Enterprise claims to “go the extra mile”, but I do not think Alan has reached that chapter in his training. I spoke with the manager, Regan, on the next Tuesday and she apologized. She asked what she could do to make it right. I asked if I could get an apology from Alan and help on a future rental. She gave me her email so I could contact her personally to arrange a rental in the future. She is the only reason I am not leaving one star. I have yet to hear from Alan.

  My rental experience here was great. Regan was a pleasure to work with as she was very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. The process was very quick too. I was going to be late to my initial pickup time and they extended it a few hours with absolutely zero issues or hiccups. Both Regan's and Allan's professionalism and willingness to answer questions made getting a rental car in a tough time in my personal life a very enjoyable experience. They don't make you feel rushed or incompetent for asking for clarification and reassurance
