A debit card is usually sufficient. I must have offended the youngster behind the counter because qhen he asked about my employment Iwhen I told him I was retired. Then there were new requirements. Retired and disabled 3 years He lied about attempting to contact me ahead of my pick up time. My email would have come straight to me.. If the ladies had been in the office, they would have remembered me and we could have come to an understanding that doesn't have my disabled body chasing paperwork on the bus. I would hope anyway. I know Im just one Lil Ole customer but I won😑t be back.
- TTTimOct 21, 20251.0I have used this location for 4 years, renting 3 to 4 times a year for up to a week. I am from NC and use this location despite being out of state. Before this, I used the one on McLoughlin that has since closed. When I visited in September 2025 there was a new manager, and he explained some policy changes because I'm an out of state customer, in a very hostile manner. He downtalked me, though he is clearly quite fresh to the workforce (dont tell him that because as he said "this is my store buddy"). Lame story short, he had zero compassion for how their policy enforcement affected my travels. I think the ultimate reason I will give him -100 stars, is his suggestion that I choose another car rental company after only about 1 minute of there being an issue. Now, I had purchased half of this rental with rewards points, so obviously the solution of choosing an entirely different company than the one I am loyal to is the suggestion of a lout and a knave, not recognizing a repeat customer. That recognition would make a great manager, the lack of it has created this review of a loutish and knavish manager. Anyways, fast forward 30 minutes and I had customer service by phone, they moved my reservation to the airport and apologized. He told me "there's not just a number you can call and fix things" as a knave would. But I know how the world works kiddo. Meanwhile, another customer heard all of this silly behavior, and offered me a free ride to the airport, saving me a $40 Uber ride. At the airport, I was treated very well, and with the usual respect of a grown adult, that travels frequently. Needless to say, the young fellow with the piercings, slouch, and ill-witted nature who claims to "own this whole place" might be better off scrubbing down the rugs. I certainly got my one-up on him. Got my reservation moved, no cost change, free ride, we all laughed about him in the way. Touche kiddo! Enterprise rocks, kiddo does not.
