When I was in the other day I had trouble locating some more serious items and located the nearest employee to help out. A gentleman named Jordan was polite, efficient, and knew more about what I was looking for than I did. Never good having to come return parts! I assumed he was the manager because his shirt was different than the typical red you see, but he assured me it was because he was in the commercial side of their business. With his personality and knowledge, he should be the manager! Thank you Jordan!
