  I had tried to return something to the store but I was almost a week past the 90 day return window, so I wasn’t feeling hopeful. Roms (employee of the century!!!) actually came into the store on his DAY OFF, met me at the register, and made sure I got my money back, in full. This was the single greatest act of customer service that I can recall and I am eternally grateful to Roms and the team at Auto Zone for going out of their way to show their customers that they care. I am a fan for life!
