This place has not changed, Rude staff that do not care about travelers safety. Needs to be shut down or all new management.

I had to come out and get embarrassed by the shower janitor with all the tattoos and piercings. The manager i will not name him. But he wanted to call the police. I wasn't rude, I just said I'll be out in a bit. This is all after I spent $1k in fuel to get embarrassed by staff. But if you need name, ando shift I can unload that. But to call the law for a driver washing his ass is insane. Im totally embarrassed. If it's a hour shower limit, just let the drivers know. You dont have to call the police and cause a bigger issue.

- WHWill HandleyNov 15, 20255.0This is a medium size property with room for any size rig or RV. The lots were clean, well maintained, well lit and fairly level. Bathrooms and showers were clean and well maintained $17 shower. There are multiple grab and go along with fast food options. The store was well stocked and well staffed. Coffee was hot and plentiful. I had full bars of Verizon 5G roaming. As always, I left my area cleaner than when I arrived and made an in store purchase to thank Pilot for allowing me to overnight.
