- GBGary BurginMar 19, 20261.0Went in for an oil change for my mom's vehicle. We checked and website said open till 4:30. Mom is 82 and handicapped hard to get her moving and out of the house. But we did it and got there right at 4:25, they were coned off! I went in and said you say your open till 4:30 what's going on? They said, "oh well, we take our last customer at 4:20 so we can close by 4:30! I said then you shouldn't advertise you are open till 4:30! If a restaurant is open till 9 if you get in the door before 9 you will get served! They don't say "we take our last customer at 8:30 so we can close by 9! I hope corporate reads this, they are doing a deserve to your reputation. At this point not only will I never go to this Brookings location, I will never go to any "Henrys"!
