We had an oil change done September 20th 2025 where it looked like they had sprayed off something under the hood and was something that was never done before. Didnt think much of it we then drove about 200 hundred miles when the check engine light came on. I checked the oil and it was over filled so I called the oil shop and explained what was going on. They offered to have it towed back to the shop and even paid $250 for the towing them selves so they could drain some of the oil to cover up their mistake. After it was towed we noticed an oil leak in the parking space. They called us back and said the check engine light was due to needing new spark plugs. We took it to another shop to replace the spark plugs and still had check engine light on. They did a full diagnostic and said the car had a blown head gasket do to over filling the oil. We made a clam with the customer care. They said they would get it resolved and we would hear back with in 48 hours but didnt hear back for almost a week. We called to follow up and found out that the manager of the shop is also the marketing manager and regional manager. All claims are ran through him so he has to accept or denie them and guess what the "Manager" did? He denied our claim of course.

I’ve been going here for years and have never had problems, but the workers there now do not care about your car, their job, or being a descent human being. Gabriel especially is very rude and condescending. I usually don’t have any problems here but I was treated very rudely by Gabriel over a simple oil change and miscommunication. He was very dramatic. I will not be returning. Also, when they showed me my oil at the end it was still dark. It did not look like clean fresh oil. This place used to be good. It’s trash now. After reading other reviews, I’m unsure they even gave me a proper oil change because they simply didn’t like me. It seems many others have had issues with a simple oil change. Save your time and go to a place that cares about your car and gives you quality service that you pay for.

Engine light came on, code said less than 3% of oil life was left. Pulled dipstick- oil was full but black as coal. Took to another place, got oil change & they charged me $64. Never going back.
