She took off my coolant cap and immediately called the manager over. He told me that my coolant cap was cracked and that they didn’t do it. Fed me a line of bologna about how it was common for this to happen with Audi vehicles. Funny thing is that my warning light was not on before the visit but came on the next day. If it was already cracked then the light would have been on before the visit. The piece cost $98 across the street, it’s the lie that scores this review. Own your mistakes!

I had expected just a quick oil change but what I received was superior service, with very experienced and friendly staff. They not only changed my oil but also checked the filter, all fluids, signals and brake lights, and offered to check tire pressure, too, What a great service for a great price. I'll definitely be going back.
