Do not use them for transmission services! We got a transmission flush and immediately after started having shifting issues. They used the wrong fluid and did not fill it to the proper limits they did not follow factory specs which caused $1600 auto repair bill. We will be taking legal action.
**** Hey Lynn- That phone number you provided is not a great number. Have another? We tried calling it. There was a bunch of stuff on Medicaid and then hangs up when we choose that we didn't need Medicaid. You didn't use a Mazda approved transmission fluid or fill it to specs. We can show you the very detailed auto repair shop notes plus the info located on your service. Having a long, drawn-out investigation and a pending claim does not help a family who needs two cars for work. Sounds like small claims would be best so we can just have a working car. It's beyond frustrating knowing that either you are not training staff to work on transmissions properly for a service you offer or you do not care if you are damaging cars at this level which directly impacts someone's ability to get to work plus the additional out of pocket costs. We feel bad we trusted your services. We hope you don't do this to anyone else.

I have visited this location probably a dozen times and never experienced poor customer service. They offer a range of basic services as well as complimentary tire checks and wiper fluid top offs. I have received oil changes, diff fluid change, and transmission service. I only ever had one issue with the oil filter not being fully tightened and leaking but I caught this issue shortly after tightened it the rest of the way. Prices are reasonable and you get what you pay for. P.S. Unless you’ve got money to blow, do the engine filter yourself, it’s not worth the upcharge .

Great, quick service, but one of the techs was saying how he wanted to go home and complained about staying after to clean. Being in customer service, and a supervisory/training role, I don't find it very professional. That being said, the service was great and my old subie is thankful, too!
They were great to me. Great service and thank you for the coupon, I'm on social security and the coupon help out alot.
