    I was recommended by Geico to Safelite but after my windshield replacement my headliner is not long attached to my roof and literally can put my fingers in the space. I was told it was just fringe, no not the same. Then a person came while working and put glue on my headliner not the seem itself. Now trying to find the location in my town and unable to find it. Ugh

    I would not even give them one star! Waited all day for the tech to show up. Their AI customer service is difficult to penetrate. After 3 calls, they couldn't locate or contact the tech. When someone called me back, they said the tech tried calling and coming to the house which was a complete lie as I sat here all day waiting. DO NOT USE THEM! Use someone local! Terrible customer service and follow through despite the easy online booking system.
