He is so kind, patient, and thorough the entire time he is helping multiple people at once. He gives very thorough knowledge and advice that is above and beyond what is standard, and I often see him teaching details to other staff members. This man is holding down the fort and I would give him a raise, not only for the work ethic but the incredible attitude to go along with it too.

Liz helped me again with the exchange for a new one. Blake helped install it. We tested it again and it was all good (except for the alternator that I have replace). Had a very positive experience with knowledgeable people. I would highly recommend this store!

Told them what I needed and they sent me to Chris. He tested my battery and agreed it was bad and promptly started installing a new one. He also cleaned my battery terminals and applied a anti corrosion product at no charge. All this in 40 degree weather. And when he was done he said that's it your ready to go. Didn't pay anything. I highly recommend auto zone in bend for prompt, courteous service. And Chris for going above and beyond.Give that guy a raise. 😊
