  Our tech was very prompt, professional, and friendly. He even took the time to remove our window stickers and put them on the new windshield. Thanks Junior, he did a fantastic job.

  I had an amazing experience here at the Beaverton location. Misty is the GOAT!! Went above and beyond to help me with a super niche situation and they were able to get me in super quickly. Hopefully never have to go back, but if I were it would be here!

  I’ve heard various things about Safelite; truthfully I had an extremely good experience. The replacement glass is OEE and installed properly. I dropped my car off at 8:30 expecting to pick it up at 4pm, it was complete in 2 hours on a weekend. I can’t say it could have been any better of an experience choosing Safelite to service my windshield.

  We have used Safelite to replace a cracked windshield as well as a window on our fleet vehicles. They were fantastic to deal with. Scheduling was easy, they came to our location, and everything went perfectly. Great customer service all around!

  I am extremely frustrated, disappointed, and borderline angry at Safelite. I took my 2024 GLC 300 to this location after punching in the details of my car on the website and confirming they could absolutely handle the windshield replacement and sensor recalibration. I paid them the insurance deductible and later that evening just before 5 pm, I received a call stating they were having trouble recalibrating the sensors, and could they keep it overnight. I was happy to leave it till Saturday as I paid for the package and wanted it done right. Around 10:00 am the next day I received a follow up call from the front desk person telling me that they could not recalibrate and that I'd have to take it to the dealership. She also stated, "Didn't ____ call you to report what was going on?" Nope, never received a phone call from the tech working on it. So two days later, I'm taking my vehicle into Mercedes dealership where I should have just gone in the first place. I have to pay $295 for the recalibration, after I've already paid Safelite $550. I was told I can submit for reimbursement through insurance for the out of pocket expense, however, what was supposed to be an easy, routine drop off and fix has resulted in more time spent taking it to the dealer, as well as additional money out of pocket IN HOPES that I can get reimbursed. I will literally never ever use these people again, and you shouldn't either, ESPECIALLY if you have a Mercedes. They are clearly unable to complete the package that they advertise. What a waste of time.
