  I am extremely disappointed with the service and communication from Porsche Beaverton. Approximately three weeks ago, I contacted the dealership regarding a front passenger tire replacement under my Porsche Tire & Wheel Protection Plan, which I purchased with my vehicle for over $4,000. I asked a simple question: whether they could order the tire in advance so I could bring the car in once it arrived. Instead, I was told I must bring the vehicle in first for photos and claim processing, after which they would order the tire. Understanding this could take 1–2 weeks, I requested a loaner vehicle, and an appointment was scheduled for May 8 with a confirmed loaner. However, at 5:20 PM on May 7 (just minutes before closing), I received a call informing me that no loaner was available. This last-minute cancellation—less than 24 hours before my appointment—was highly unprofessional and disruptive. The following day, I was told by advisor Meizi Miller that I could simply send photos of the tire instead, and she would order it. I sent the photos within 20 minutes. Since then, I have: • Received no confirmation that my photos were received • Received no update on the order • Been unable to speak with her directly despite multiple attempts • Been repeatedly told she would “call me back later” — which never happened It has now been three weeks, and I still do not have a replacement tire. Because of this delay, I am unable to safely drive my vehicle beyond short distances (30 miles or less), which defeats the purpose of owning a Porsche and having purchased a premium protection plan. What is most frustrating is this: I have already paid upfront for this service. This is not a warranty claim I am trying to avoid paying for — this is a benefit I already purchased. Yet I am being ignored as if I am not a paying customer. I have owned four Porsche vehicles, including my Taycan for the past three years. Unfortunately, my experience now suggests that once you are no longer actively purchasing new vehicles or services, the level of customer care significantly declines. For comparison, I have had multiple tire issues with my BMW EV, and even under warranty (with no additional payment), I consistently received prompt, professional, and responsive service. This experience with Porsche Beaverton has been extremely disappointing and does not reflect the level of service expected from a premium brand. I hope management takes this seriously and improves both communication and accountability moving forward.

  I recently brought my husband’s vehicle to Porsche Beaverton for a service(cost 3k) , and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The car was returned without being cleaned, either inside or out, which I would typically expect as part of a service visit at this level. Additionally, there seemed to be a lack of familiarity with basic dashboard settings, as staff were unable to assist with switching the display from kilometers to miles. Overall, the service provided did not meet expectations, and we were left very dissatisfied with the experience.

  Just picked up my 2017 Macan GTS yesterday. I worked with Tan in the sales department. I have purchased a lot of cars, and I will say this dealership gave me the Porsche experience you expect. I highly recommend this dealership.

  For my son's 7th birthday, I surprised him with visiting Porsche Beaverton for the first time (after begging me for months to go). My kiddo is obsessed with everything Porsche and I couldn't be more happy with his overall first experience at the dealership. Aside from the stunning models he had the chance to admire in the showroom, my son also had a wonderful time with the Sales guys who kindly took the time to make his experience so wholesome. He got to hear the engine, explore the features, take lots of pictures and bought his very first Porsche keychain, all with the amazing team sharing in his happy moment. I want to especially thank Tan and Juan for making my son's birthday visit extra special and spoiling him with Porsche merch, you guys are awesome!!
