Awesome staff, truly outstanding compared to other rental locations , whether it’s enterprise or another company.
Will definitely return to this location due to the staff here!! They are really supportive and helpful and go beyond what’s typical and what I’ve come to expect.

Zack and his team were awesome when they helped me rent a car from them after mine got into an accident and needed fixing. They have a great selection of cars, and I'd totally recommend them to my family and friends.

The one thing I dislike about enterprise is they try to push you into a bigger car, I really didn’t want a bigger car, but they really didn’t give me a lot of options. They acted like since the insurance paid for it. It was all good but I don’t like driving big cars so I missed out on some things I wanted to do because the vehicle was so large. It was nice but big.

I'd give them zero stars if possible. Dog critically injured in hit and run accident was brought in by a good samaritan. The dog was denied any pain relief or euthanasia services, holding him and delaying him from receiving support from animal control, until he passed in great pain. When an animal is writhing in pain, even the most basic decency is to provide some level of care and compassion. Don't finance this profit-driven establishment.

Unfortunately, I don't know where to write a review for the whole company, so I'm going to have to post this for the location that I received my rental from.
Here's the email I wrote to Enterprise's customer service on March 30th that I have not heard back from:
"To whom it may concern,
I recently had to rent a car due to an auto-body repair on my vehicle. The other driver was at fault and their insurance company paid for the repairs and the rental.
While I was driving the rental, I crossed a toll bridge with no toll operator and the only option was to have the express toll system bill me. Since I was driving a rental, that bill went directly to Enterprise.
I was astonished to find that Enterprise charges a $25 admin fee to handle this. The toll was $7. We literally have AI helpers these days that could match the licence plate to the rental agreement for far less than $25. Furthermore, I'm assuming that the fee is in the fine print of the rental agreement. Had I known that was going to happen, I certainly would not have crossed the bridge.
So, now I have paid both the toll and the admin fee and I was hoping Enterprise could be lenient about this fee (I can't imagine it actually cost $25 of admin overhead to auto-send an email). Since receiving this fee, I have responded to the original email twice with no response. I just called the customer service line, was on hold for 20 minutes, and then had the "highest ranking" representative in the office tell me their hands were tied. I've never had any company be completely incapable of doing the right thing for the customer, so I'm surprised that the world's largest rental provider by revenue and fleet size, generating, US$35 billion in 2023, can't waive a $25 fee to make it right and retain a potential customer in the future. The representative's hard stance on this matter showed me the kind of company that Enterprise is. There are companies of all sizes out there serving the customer better than Enterprise is serving me right now.
I'd love it if someone else that handles these emails can prove me wrong about Enterprise. With more and more toll services switching to automatic camera operated toll billing, I can't imagine I'm the first to have no idea that the rental company would charge $25 to handle the billing.
This is an egregious fleecing of the customer and I will not hesitate to leave online reviews, including reaching out to the BBB, and ensuring that my friends and family know to take their rental car business needs elsewhere over this dumb fee that Enterprise is refusing to refund.
I have attached the bill with all of my info to this email for reference.
The ball is in your court now.
From an unhappy customer"
I gave them a week, they chose to not respond. I really don't care how busy their collections department is. I think most of us could afford to give jobs to more people with $35 billion+ in annual revenue. I will be selecting my auto-body shops based on which rental company they use from now on. If I find myself in a situation where Enterprise is the only option, then I will walk or phone a friend.
Thank you for nothing, Enterprise Rent-A-Scam.
With peace, love, and rainbows...
