Misty, at the front desk, was an absolute DELIGHT. They don't make that level of customer service greatness these days. She was REAL. None of that "Portland Nice" or trying too hard phony bologna. I both felt genuinely cared for by a family member you've known a long time and told straight up what to expect. This lady made my entire experience so much more pleasant than it was before I walked in. Nothing could've made swallowing $1,000 tab to replace my windshield, more tolerable. Go here! You'd be in great hands!
- TITodd IennaDec 23, 20251.0This place has no idea what an inconvenience it is to not have your car. I live in SE Portland and dropped my car off at the designated 830 am in Beaverton. My insurance company said it would be a 3 to 4 hour job. The shop said it would be all day. No big deal. I got a ride back to my office 40 minutes away in traffic only to have them call and say my roof rack had to be removed in order to replace my windshield. What? I expressed what an inconvenience this was and they should pay for an Uber back to the shop as this could have been avoided by simply inspecting my car prior. They said this would require a manager to approve and Junior would call me back in 10 minutes. 2 hours later I get a call back saying the manager refused to accommodate my request and that they had decided to close early. I needed to get my car by 2 PM, otherwise they were going to leave it in the parking lot with my key in it. Thus, a rush back to the shop in terrible traffic, another giant hassle, and still a broken windshield. In total I spent 4 hours of my day dealing with these people and will be escalating my complaint above this shop. The less than 4 star reviews is legit. Disregard the positive reviews and skip straight to the negatives. In the event you have an issue with these people, you'll get the exact response they provide in those reviews. "Sorry." No resolution. Just an empty word that allows them to leave 3 hours early and not do their job. Avoid avoid avoid. This team could care less about your car or your time.
