  I purchased a 2022 Porsche Cayenne from Porsche Beaverton and, unfortunately, my experience after the sale has been extremely disappointing. At the time of purchase, I was sold a service contract that was later acknowledged by the dealership as having been misrepresented. Despite recognizing the issue, the dealership has refused to honor the commitment as it was originally sold to me. For the past six months, I have made repeated attempts to resolve this directly with the dealership. The sales manager, Sigve, has been completely unresponsive to calls and emails. What is particularly concerning is that Porsche of North America was informed by the dealership that the matter was being addressed and fulfilled, which is simply not accurate. I expect transparency and accountability when purchasing a vehicle at this price point, especially from a Porsche-branded dealership. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Porsche Beaverton to others. I also posted this feedback to the Better Business Bureau. Porsche Beaverton provided a reply indicating they would follow-up with me to discuss the issue...almost 10 days since their reply and still no follow-up. This appears to be a recurring pattern of their "lip service" to the customer.

  For my son's 7th birthday, I surprised him with visiting Porsche Beaverton for the first time (after begging me for months to go). My kiddo is obsessed with everything Porsche and I couldn't be more happy with his overall first experience at the dealership. Aside from the stunning models he had the chance to admire in the showroom, my son also had a wonderful time with the Sales guys who kindly took the time to make his experience so wholesome. He got to hear the engine, explore the features, take lots of pictures and bought his very first Porsche keychain, all with the amazing team sharing in his happy moment. I want to especially thank Tan and Juan for making my son's birthday visit extra special and spoiling him with Porsche merch, you guys are awesome!!

  I recently placed an online order request for a Porsche GT3 through Porsche Beaverton, expecting a professional and transparent buying process. Instead, I received a call telling me that before they would even submit the order to Porsche, I had to agree to an additional $50,000 markup. This isn’t a small adjustment or reasonable market fluctuation—it’s pure price gouging. Charging customers tens of thousands over MSRP for the privilege of ordering a car is unacceptable and feels incredibly dishonest. I find this kind of behavior shocking. Trust matters. Transparency matters. This experience showed neither. If you’re considering doing business here, make sure you ask about markups upfront so you don’t waste your time. I expected professionalism from a Porsche dealership—what I got was a hard sell wrapped in greed. Very disappointed.

  Ray in service is one of a kind. He helped with my service appt last time and made everything seamless. When I called him to ask questions about our Taycan, he not only had knowledge and expertise that was helpful, but was very thorough over the phone. I appreciate his level of service. Thank you
