  The Best Porsche Dealership in the Northwest w great Pricing on their CPO Cars. Tan Tran- my salesperson and his manager Sigvey helped me buy my very First Porsche. A Black Porsche Macan. I compared all Porsche Macan CPO nationwide- pricing at this dealership is very very competitive. That’s great news for all Northwest buyers. Tan’s professionalism was 10 out of 10 with the whole sales process from the day I walked in the dealership for my first test drive, to answering all my questions via text and email up to the day I finally bought the Macan (Six weeks later) I decided to buy a Certified Pre Owned and bought one w fairly low miles. CPO Porsche are great value and a best bang for your money as they completely inspect the car w complete details of maintenance done (via Free Carfax) and extends the original warranty for an additional 2 years. Tan also promptly sent me the full inspection report which details the tires and brake pads wear on the particular vehicle. I bought the car and I walked out of the dealership with a total peace of mind that the vehicle is covered w warranty and the car I just bought is in Great Condition. Tan’s customer service was truly outstanding. I am overall a very satisfied customer. I am not a frequent Car shopper, but the feeling you get knowing you got a great deal w the car you just bought is a good feeling. If you are in the market for a Porsche, ask for Tan Tran.   I recently purchased a new Porsche from Porsche Beaverton. Every step of the purchasing process was seamless and well orchestrated by both Paul K. and Sigve F. They made the transaction feel nothing like a transaction but more like an experience. I highly recommend both of these two individuals and Porsche Beaverton if you are in the market for a new Porsche. A+++

  My Porsche has been at this dealership since January, and after 9 months they still cannot tell me what is wrong with it. Despite months of “diagnostics,” they are now suggesting disassembling the engine just to see if they can figure it out. So far, my bill is already at $19,000 — and that’s before they even begin tearing into the engine. What makes this worse is the complete lack of communication. Our service rep regularly goes three weeks without responding, leaving us in the dark about the status of our car. For a luxury brand, this level of service is unacceptable. At this point, it feels dishonest and untrustworthy. How can a Porsche dealership hold a car for nearly a year, charge tens of thousands of dollars, and still have no diagnosis? And how can they treat customers with such disregard by failing to provide even basic communication? This has been one of the most frustrating, disappointing experiences I’ve ever had with any business, let alone a brand like Porsche.

  I've been a customer of Porsche Beaverton since circa 2018. Recently I purchased a Taycan from another dealer in another state (availability). What followed was an absolute nightmare, as the car wouldn't budge and we couldn't get it off the trailer to get it to the dealership. Unexpected, I emailed Nick the night before asking for a favor to do service on the vehicle. He responded immediately, got me in touch with the service adviser and had everything in place, ready to go when they arrived. Callum also warned me the shipper may have been trying to skirt damage they did to the car, and my service tech is as sharp as they come. Porsche Beaverton saved my bacon. I'm eternally grateful. Thank you Nick, Callum, Taylor, and anyone else I've missed.
