  I live 100+ miles away from Beaverton, and Herzog-Meier Volvo had the exact car I wanted. I contacted Saige Le, who setup the buying process quick and easy, all I had to do was arrive, sign papers, and drive off in my new car and begin the trek back home. The entire process was quick and painless from beginning to end. Saige was very helpful, answered everything, making this car buying process incredibly easy. I recommend Herzog-Meier Volvo for having an amazing business model for car buying, even if living more than one hundred miles away.

  From start to finish our experience here was outstanding. This was our first Volvo purchase and I don’t know that we’ll purchase another vehicle else where. The showroom was beautiful, and our associate Michelle was phenomenal. She was incredibly knowledgeable and answered all our questions with ease. She was communicative from start to finish and made the buying experience so easy! We love our Herzog-Meier Volvo XC90!

  This was my first time buying a Volvo, and I couldn’t be more pleased with both the vehicle and the shopping experience at Herzog-Meier. Stephanie Tichenor provided excellent service—she made the entire process straightforward and hassle-free, unlike what you often encounter at other dealerships. Grayson was also super friendly and knowledgeable when delivering the car and walking me through all the features of the Volvo XC90.

  Recently had a very disappointing experience with the service department. Over the course of a month I left 2 specific voicemails and never received a call back. I also scheduled an oil change and a service to have some airbag related codes reset (these can show an error on the dashboard when the battery was unplugged), and when I called to confirm everything they had not included the code reset I needed and said that it would require an extra appointment. Wow! So I canceled my appointment and had a great experience over at Diamond Automotive (don’t require you to book weeks in advance), who changed my oil and reset the codes. Now was that so hard?! The only reason for the extra star in my rating and not just one is because I had decent service from Herzog some time ago. But management and employees can change over time and now it seems they no longer have the capability to handle a simple service need or respond to customers who are put into their voicemail system.

  We worked with Herzog-Meier for an OverSeas Delivery XC60 and we can highly recommend them. The OverSeas Delivery experience was wonderful - from the custom ordering process to picking up the car at World of Volvo in Gothenburg Sweden to using the car in our Scandinavian vacation. We had a great experience working with Stephanie and Grayson. They are consummate pros at what they do. Stephanie is incredibly knowledgeable about Volvos and helped me us with our configuration and ensured we were updated regularyly through the process. Grayson was great in helping us make sure the setup was understood and configured for our needs. Highly recommended.
