    I bought my car 6 years ago from this company and every time I have come in for service, the people I've dealt with took the time to know who I was. They recognized that I've been going there for the last 5 years and acknowledged my loyalty to the company. The company also used to offer either a loaner car or at least a lyft/uber credit. Neither was offered. Normally if I had to wait for a ride, someone would walk me to the waiting area and show me where the drinks are and share the wifi. None of this happened. And the conversation at the customer service desk was how to share a camping app with each other. The only person that greeted me was Bree. I do want to at least acknowledge the person who brought my car up. He mentioned to be careful as I pulled out since it was dark and there was a curb I needed to watch for. I am very disappointed at how I was treated and how your customer service has really deteriorated since last year. Needless to say, I probably will not be coming back to your service department in the near future.

    We had a wonderful experience with our purchase! Stephanie stuck with us while we navigated issues with our previous car, and she patiently waited more than a month for us to be ready to make the leap. It was by far the best car buying experience we've ever had. Furthermore, Enrique worked with us because our situation was quite unique and he went way beyond normal expectations. Lastly, Grason walked us through all of the technical setups that modern cars offer, and he showed us features of the car that we would never have even known about. 100% positive experience!

    I brought my Polestar 2 here after Polestar Support had it towed in for a no-start / no-shift issue and flagged a possible 12V problem. Herzog-Meier charged $250 for a diagnostic, then refused to provide basic proof that the diagnostic was complete. I repeatedly asked for the 12V battery test report they claim to have run and never received it, and the only inspection sheet they shared was a generic gas-car checklist that marked items “Passed” that were clearly not correct when I picked the car up (low coolant, low tire pressures, empty washer fluid, etc.), which does not inspire confidence in the paid diagnostic. If you have a Polestar or Volvo warranty concern and need a thorough, well-documented diagnosis, I would look elsewhere. I will update this review if they provide the missing documentation.

    I had such a great experience building and buying my new XC90 with Herzog-Meier Volvo! Saige was incredible to work with on everything from test drives, through to completing the custom order and the pickup process. She’s very kind, no-pressure, and impressively organized. I also want to shout out Grayson, who has very deep knowledge of my vehicle (and clearly all other Volvos), and patiently walked me through all of the features in my new car before driving off the lot. I’m very impressed with the team here, and couldn’t be more happy with my first Volvo!

    My experience at Herzog-Meier had two distinct parts: thoughtful guidance on one side, classic dealership games on the other. Stephanie, the sales associate I worked with, was outstanding: prompt, professional, and transparent. I'd be happy to work with her again. Unfortunately, the management team at Herzog-Meier Volvo took a very different approach. I inquired about a Certified Pre-Owned sedan that has been on their lot for over 700 days — that’s not a typo. Also, compared to very similar models listed on Volvo’s CPO site as well as valuation tools like CarEdge, this vehicle is overpriced by several thousand dollars. On October 31st, I was offered a $1,000 rebate due to being a Costco member. On November 1st, after the end-of-month push, that rebate vanished. Also on 11/1, I was suddenly offered a lower interest rate if I financed through the dealership - despite having already secured approval from my credit union (and having communicated that fact). In short, if you're looking for a dealership that still leans on outdated sales tactics, management at Herzog-Meier is the place to go! Again, Stephanie is a strong individual contributor working under practices that don’t mirror her professionalism.
