Just courtesy and consideration. Quite pleased. I will also mention I’ve been a Hertz Gold member since they conceived it in the 1980’s, and will no longer consider Hertz my primary go to choice. Enterprise has taken that 1st choice position for me since 2020.

This is absolutely ridiculous! I can’t tell you how much you will be gas lit and laughed at and told to “stop texting me” after employees say they have your wallet & won’t give it back. I will be in contact with the BBB & my lawyer
