This is absolutely ridiculous! I can’t tell you how much you will be gas lit and laughed at and told to “stop texting me” after employees say they have your wallet & won’t give it back. I will be in contact with the BBB & my lawyer

I filed a missing item report immediately and then also called them as soon as they opened the next day. The person who answered said they had my jacket and would mail it back to me. I was so relieved as it had sentimental value. Sadly it turns out they had never mailed it and I never received my jacket back.

After a terrible experience with my last rental (NOT AT THIS LOCATION) —well I guess I never got to rent the car because they overbooked for the holidays.. I was really apprehensive about renting from this company again.. especially after Christmas, but my faith was restored with such a wonderful experience. Caiden and Zach went above and beyond answering my questions and ensuring I had a car for Pickup. Thank you so much guys ! You are wonderful and friendly ❤️
- ADAndrea “Drea”Dec 8, 20255.0I had the most amazing, blessed experience at this location! I had to get some body work done on my car and needed a rental in the Interim. For whatever reason, a few Enterprise locations were completely sold out on cars (including this one), So it took two or three days before I was able to rent one, and it turned out to be this location on canyon. They so graciously gave me a luxury SUV and did not charge me for the difference in cost as my insurance company was paying up to a specific price per day. They made sure they rented it out to me at that price point. Kyle, Caiden, and Zach all assisted me throughout the entire process, and were all EXTREMELY helpful, polite, and took customer service to an entirely new level. Additionally, When I returned the car, I did not have the gas tank filled up completely, and they were so graciously willing to charge me a reasonable price to top it off rather than their typical surcharge. Overall, my experience with them was phenomenal!!! They are such wonderful young men who seem to care a lot about the service they provide their customers. I could not have had a better experience with them. Highly recommend!!!
