Back then employees were kind and they had good precautions in place for employees and customers. Fast forward to 2025 and pricing a need for a vehicle rental and this location won out on many levels. Checking in was easy, they'd phoned a few days ahead to go over policies and staffing was adequate when I arrived at my appointment time. I was on my way after some good leading questions ahead of the extra coverage sales all rental companies use. I was running a little late and it was Thanksgiving so I called ahead to notify. Other than Enterprise's menu, the local employee didn't seem rushed and was nice on the phone. Set up with a beautiful low mileage 2025 vehicle. Returning was a breeze with a friendly fellow that walked out to the vehicle with me and did a secondary check for anything left behind. I'd almost left a "winning" 🤞lottery ticket. 100% would rent again.
