  Had an absolutely fabulous purchasing experience with Audi, Beaverton, and especially Lorraine. Over at series of visits and test drives, they assisted in a none pressure setting, and took it up on themselves forward information to make an informed decision. A series of models and trims were looked at and when finalizing the decision they were accommodating and made an ease of doing business which is appreciated. Kudos to Audi Beaverton and especially Lorraine - you are a phenomenal consultant and even better person!

  I brought in my Q3 because the steering was occasionally pulling. The alignment was checked and found to be okay. I was a little frustrated that I was feeling something but the steering checked out. Cory Nauertz, my service rep, helped me troubleshoot until he was able to determine the actual cause of the steering issue—the lane assist function had been activated. I appreciate that Cory was willing to spend time helping me, even though the alignment suggested there was no problem. I know I”m always in good hands with Cory as my service rep.

  Had an outstanding experience at Audi Beaverton purchasing my first car — a beautiful Audi Q7 with everything I wanted for a safe and luxurious ride. I originally came in for an oil change on my lease and left in a new Q7, which speaks to how seamless and elevated the experience was. Financing was fair and straightforward, and I felt completely supported throughout the process. Honorary shoutout to Iiel, Tariq, Cody, and Anton — I was in the best hands. Truly a wonderful team all around. Highly recommend.

  I purchased a car from Audi of Beaverton and wanted to thank the dealership for what was a very smooth and pleasant experience. Craig in Sales was very helpful, knowledgeable, and all around easy to work with. While working through the purchase process, Anton and Dalton both provided great service and made the financing a breeze. Overall this was a great experience and I would recommend Audi of Beaverton to anyone in the market for a vehicle.

  I don’t typically write negative reviews, but our experience with Beaverton Audi has been frustrating enough that I feel compelled to share it. My son recently brought his Audi in for service and was not there for an alignment. However, the shop mistakenly pulled the wrong vehicle into the bay and began performing an alignment on his car before realizing the error. They stopped midway through the process and returned the vehicle without clearly explaining what had happened. On the drive home, he noticed the steering wheel was no longer straight and the vehicle wasn’t tracking properly. When he brought it back to have it addressed, no one initially seemed to know what had happened. Only after he kept pushing for answers did the team finally admit they had worked on the wrong car and left the alignment incomplete. Since then, he’s had to make multiple trips from the coast to Portland trying to get the issue properly resolved and has continued to get the runaround, with more concern shown about survey scores than about correcting their mistake. This isn’t our first disappointing experience here. In the past, I paid over $1,500 to repair the air conditioning system on my Audi Q5. When it still didn’t work and I brought it back, I was then told the “real” repair would cost another $6,000. We make the long drive to the dealership expecting expertise and accountability. While the front-line staff are courteous, the technician/service execution and follow-through have been extremely disappointing. We’re hopeful management will step in and make this right, but based on these experiences, we’re close to being done with Audi service at this location. If I could give a zero out of ten, I would.
