  I had a great experience at this Audi dealership. I worked with Juan Hernandez. He and the staff were professional, knowledgeable and respectful throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain my options clearly, answered all my questions without pressure and made the purchase experience smooth and transparent. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and customer service. Highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for an Audi.

  We had a excellent transaction experience at Beaverton Audi. We worked with Gerson, who was friendly, very knowledgeable, and professional. We came from out of town to see and drive an RS6 Avant. The car was out front ready to go when we showed up. While out on a nice test drive, and back in the office, Gerson shared his very informative product knowledge. Once in the office we did a little negotiating on our clean trade-in, and were pleased with the numbers. While they processed the paperwork, Gerson helped me with the setup of the Audi app., which was really great service! So, when we drove off, I was fully connected with my new car. The F&I dept was very professional, not pushy. There was another guy there who wanted to test drive the car. Instead of trying to sell it out from under us, or work both of us against each other, Gerson and their team stayed focused on us and our transaction. I really appreciated that. The entire process was efficient and effective. We were our usual firm, fair and friendly. So, there was no drama, conflict, or BS. We were in and out of there in 2.5-3 hrs, which my wife really appreciated! Absolutely love the car! The ride home was so fast and smooth! The car looks great in our garage! We'd buy again from them. Will stay in touch with Gerson so when we're ready to buy a Porsche we can get it thru him and their sister store!

  The dealership was what I would expect for a brand like Audi, clean and organized! As soon as I drove into the service garage, I was greeted and offered snacks and drink options while I worked with my service representative. Rebecca was very helpful during the process and ensured my vehicle was up to date for all needed items. She also helped me pick the best options for tires based off my driving needs!

She took the time to thoroughly answer every single one of my questions, ensuring I felt confident and informed about my purchase.   This is quite a late review, but I wanted to make sure that this was out there. We bought our Q5 a month ago from this dealership, and it was a great experience. Khara Mejia and Kharmin both listened to our needs and took the time to get us a good deal. My wife and I ended up bonding with them and sharing life stories lol. We also got a good price for our trade in. The car itself had a few kinks that needed to be ironed out. Random warning msgs came and went on the dashboard, the wipers dragged on the windshield within a week of use and had to be replaced. We expected better quality control from the Audi brand.
