I recently leased a 2025 Audi Q3 from Audi Beaverton and had a terrific experience. I met with Logan and he helped me throughout the whole process until i managed to find a deal that works best for me. He is very experienced so he answered all my questions clearly and provided me with all the information i needed to make a well informed decision. He was very patient and friendly while i was trying to work a lease agreement that fit my needs. I really appreciate his professionalism and friendly demeanor. If you go to Audi Beaverton make sure to ask for Logan.
I also met with their finance team and sales team, they were also very friendly and accommodating. They made sure i got the vehicle i wanted with the terms that worked well for me.
Overall an absolutely amazing experience and i encourage you to visit them when you are searching for your next car.

Worked with Shane Randall on a deal that didn’t end in a closing and he was still very responsive and there for all my needs. If an Audi comes back onto my watchlist for a car I will definitely be reaching out to Shane. Reason for not closing: couldn’t fit in an S3 I ordered.

Love the cars, but am grossed out by my experience here...Seeing other reviews... I am not the only one.
Recently took my vehicle in for the 30k check, told them I didn't need an oil change because it was recently done, expressed concern about the transmission fluid and asked for recall fixes. The tech said they would check all the fluids and top them off if needed. They said since the oil had been changed, there wasn't much more beyond the regular point inspection. I specifically asked multiple times about the transmission fluid in person and via text and was told by the tech that everything was fine and that it was 'lifetime transmission fluid' that didn't need to be replaced, but that they would check it. That should have been my first clue, but I made the mistake of assuming they knew what they were talking about and trusting the "professionals".
Upon getting the vehicle back, the service check light was still on, I asked about it and they said they would remove it for a fee due to their techs time...At that point, I was not ready to pay just to have a code removed that should have been removed during the service check they "performed". The whole reason I brought my vehicle to the dealership for the service check is so they could perform the check and clear the code - otherwise I'd rather give my money to a local company.
When I got home, the piece they had "fixed" had fallen under my brake, unattached and non-functional. I am glad I saw it or it would have been an accident. It's still just sitting in my car.
They didn't check the transmission fluid and actively lied about doing it. And when I gave the manager, Ivan Chavez the feedback as above, he was so kind to passively aggressively disparage another local shop, and gas light me as if I had not requested a service check or asked about the transmission fluid... I responded and asked that he read my email again thoroughly, see the receipts I attached...to which he asked for a phone call. We got on the phone which is when I discovered he had not even looked at the service notes/records regarding the situation or read my response. He continued to insist that I had not mentioned anything about the transmission fluid, at which point, I told him I would give him time to read through the file so he had all the information. After doing so, he admitted they were wrong -that lifetime fluid isn't applicable and that the techs probably didn't check the transmission fluid...he wanted to know how we could resolve the situation and I told him at this point, I didn't know because I couldn't trust their technicians or him...How do you move forward with a company and staff that lie and gas light you and then when you call them out - gas light you again?! WOW.

I bought a car from this dealership in April, and two months of having it broke down. When I reached out for help, they offered absolutely nothing no support, no solutions, not even basic concern. The salesperson had assured me that “everything was good with the car,” but that clearly wasn’t the case.
I trusted their word and expected at least some accountability when things went wrong, but instead, I was left to deal with an expensive repair on my own, which is still an ongoing thing. It needs a new engine that is needed. I was just left with a bigger financial issue and a bigger headache. It would have been great if they would have offered a warranty, which I found out now why they didn’t. I would strongly recommend anyone considering buying a car here to think twice and look elsewhere. A dealership that won’t stand behind the cars they sell doesn’t deserve your business.

I will start by saying that my initial experience with them was fantastic. From the gentleman that helped me with my lease and their service department have always been honest, quick and efficient.
However, as far as their finance department and Audi Financial, I cannot say the same.
I went to the dealer the other day and called Audi Financial to explain my financial hardship that I (and many Americans) am facing right now. I recently lost my home due to a separation and currently living with a friend temporarily. I have had no income for several months after I had to close my business due to an injury I sustained leading to an inability to work. Along with many clients cutting back due to our current economy. The only thing I have right now is my car lease that is eating away at the last bit of my crucial savings I have left. The manager at the dealer said that I my options were that I could basically "buy my car or voluntarily/involuntarily have my car repossessed".
I then proceeded to call Audi Financial Services and they were no help as well. They said the same thing or that I could buy my car. Question: if I can't afford my car lease, rent, and have no income...what makes you think I could buy my car?
The lack of remorse and professionalism from both the dealer and Audi Financial Services was baffling. If this is how they treat clients and these are the only options they have...I will NEVER lease with them again. Which is a shame because I do LOVE my car and the brand is astounding...but situations change and they are things outside of my control.
