Stress-free and truly enjoyable car buying experience! After being hit by another driver and dealing with a totaled Range Rover, I was dreading car shopping due to the stigma of it being a high-pressure, pushy environment, and my own past experiences visiting dealerships and receiving endless texts and phone calls afterwards. My experience at Audi Beaverton, working with Griffin Palmer, was the exact opposite of everything I feared. Fun, thoughtful, human, transparent - I can’t recommend this team of wonderful humans enough. If you’re thinking about purchasing a vehicle, I highly suggest paying them a visit. Best car buying experience I’ve ever had (this was my third vehicle purchase) - and best/only post-purchase experience! Instead of handing me keys and waving me off, Griffin spent 30-40+ minutes (at 6p on a Sunday evening, mind you) helping me personalize the vehicle settings and educating me on its unique capabilities and answering questions about things I hadn’t thought to ask about during the various test drives we went on. I highly recommend Khara as a salesperson at Audi Beaverton. She is friendly, knowledgeable, experienced, energetic, helpful, approachable, patient, and there to help. She understood my various needs, and helped propose different possibilities, while never pressuring me in a particular direction. She also was very easy on the test drive, and let me take the Q5 into circumstances akin to where I live. Though in the end I bought a dealer demo elsewhere, I will use Beaverton Audi as my service dealership -- and have a warm, positive feeling about the experience at Beaverton Audi. The industry needs more Kharas, I hope she is appreciated by the ownership.
In 2021 I purchased a new Q8. I also purchased a service contract for 5 years or 40,000 miles. 5 years is up July 2026. I just called in April to make an appointment before contract expires. Service personal said it expired last year. I said no 5 years is 2026. He said you only get 4 services. I said then cancel my appointment…I’ll find another service shop.
Also my service appointment last year I was told car was ready to come in and pick car up. I went in and had to wait over an hour to get my car. Just terrible customer service.

I had a great experience from the start. I called and reached someone right away, which hasn’t always been the case with other Audi dealerships I’ve worked with. They scheduled my service exactly when I needed it and provided a loaner vehicle, which made everything seamless.
Cody, my service advisor, built trust and rapport from the start. He sat down with me, listened carefully, and explained my options clearly. I never felt rushed or like he was trying to move on to the next customer.

I recently brought my Audi in for warranty work at Audi Beaverton, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. My service advisor, Cody Bean, handled everything with true professionalism and outstanding customer service from start to finish.
Cody was knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely attentive to my needs. He clearly explained the warranty process, kept me updated throughout, and made sure the entire experience was smooth and stress-free. In a world where dealership service can sometimes feel impersonal, Cody went above and beyond to make me feel valued as a customer.
