  I hit a 4x4 on hwy 101 which bent my wheel on my awd vehicle. Instead of just telling me I need to buy four new tires to safely drive 250 miles to central Oregon. They were able to straighten out my bent wheel. I was able to keep my studded winter tire and was charged nothing! More importantly I was able to safely drive home. This was all after the guys at seaside Les Schwab, flat out told me; buy new tires or they can help assist me with installing my spare and that’s it. At least they were nice enough to issue a sincere “good luck driving across the mountain passes” and “we are sorry we can’t help you any further”Always try a small tire shop before going to “almighty” Les Schwab. This place stood on business and took great care of a first time customer

  I called them about a week ago because my mom had blown out her tire. Kaylie was very nice and helpful. Kyler actually travelled to my mom's home and removed her wheel. He took it to the tire shop, fixed it and re-installed it on my mom's car the same day! The price was under $150. I'm very thankful to have such a responsive and helpful Tire repair business in the area.

  Got tires on my tacoma today at Dels . Super great service very happy with my purchase and a big plus for me anyhow, is the tires I bought are made here in the USA ! They explained my options with clarity and I did not need appointment . Entire process took about hour and a half . The gal at desk seemed informed and everyone was friendly . They definatly have a new customer with me and all my vehicles now ! Thanks ya all!

  Called to have our brakes bled, and the lady was really nice. We talked about the brakes being a bit squishy said it would be an one hour appointment for $150. We were able to get an appointment the following week. So we arrived 5 mins early, checked in and then 20 mins later someone got into the Jeep and drove it to see check the issue. Then an hour and 10 mins later it was done after the second test drive. So when I went to pay, I asked if they found any issues or any comments from the mechanic. The lady behind the desk said" you asked to have the brakes bled, and we did that. It was rude. Then charged us $170. Seems the quote we got did not include fluid, oops! Thank goodness the mechanic was in ear shot and said the fluid was pretty dirty and the brakes are responding better. So we both felt the service was not grest.. we won't be back.
