- ABalejandra BarriosJul 17, 20251.0Super bummed about my whole experience, made a reservation...I called 45 mins before pick up to make sure everything is good so everything can be smooth upon arrival. I was told it was all good& never once told that theres a possibility of me not getting my rental. I got dropped off to pick up my rental...to be told they have no cars for me. I had to pick up my son by a certain time, but now I was stranded. I was offered a ride to go pick up my son with the salesperson, appreciated but I explained that's very uncomfortable for me as I do not know the man. I was only offered a ride but no guarantee of a vehicle ever..for even the following day. I have never felt so uncomfortable renting a car ever. I relied on enterprise for a car during a family emergency & was completely let down. I did not make my trip ever.

I had the misfortune of having my daily driver sideswiped resulting in 30 days of repairs and body work a few winters ago . The team at Enterprise had everything squared away from my insurance before I even got the call to get a car. They picked me up from my office and got me settled in a nice, clean, and comfortable ride. Since then, my family has rented whenever they come out to visit and need a car or truck for traveling in Oregon’s more remote areas, and just this week we needed a rental for 4.5 days while our car was in on recall. Our 6 year old was over the moon excited for the SUV waiting for us and very unhappy to have to give it back. The service and support is always professional and excellent and the cars are very nice, too!
