I was pretty sure I needed a new battery and Kaitlyn (caitlin?) tested it for me, showed me my options for replacement without trying to upsell or influence my decision, and then she changed it for me pretty quickly! As a woman, I really like that she didn't lecture or talk down to me about what I didn't or did know during the entire interaction. I was in and out in 30 minutes. She was so great I even used the qr code on the receipt for once and did the survey.
