He refused to accept a tip and insisted he was just doing his job. He also went out of his way to check our fluid levels and noticed we were dangerously low on antifreeze. He helps us fill that as well and loaned us a funnel. He was friendly and fun the entire time, we will be back!

The "parts specialists" there have no clue how to look up simple parts and their direct mistakes have costed me alot of time and money. I went into their store 2 days ago to get a new battry for my truck and a set of windshield wiper blades. A very simple thing. Easy to accomplish. Yet I was given a battry to small causing a mess of electical issues and wiper blades that don't fit. 2 days later after finding time to return the wrong parts. The employee there makes yet another set of mistakes during the return and manages to send the returned money onto the wrong card which I no longer have. So in recap I was given the wrong parts all together, and when I went back to get a refund I was then screwed out of my money. 2 different employees making 2 different sets of mistakes that have impacted my work and time negatively 2 different times all for wiper blades and a battry. Never go to this store as long as they keep their current staff.

Teddy was so kind and helpful. I appreciate the honesty and service. Don is the manager and is the best, he installed my battery and was aware to install host battery or 12 v power supply before removing old battery. This is to prevent memory from being lost. Don is serious the best. He really makes that place operate like 5 star experience. Thank you Don! Please never leave! If you do my family will follow. Thank you!!
