Absolutely terrible dealership! Sold me a 2023 Kia that has more problems than a car that’s 20 years old, they cleared the codes and didn’t tell me about. Please, take your business elsewhere <3

First off this is long but worth it. I approached 6 different Oregon Subaru dealerships attempting to lease a 2025 Wrx premium for the Subaru Of America lease deal for a March of 2026. I reached out to all of them online via the Subaru Of America website as it led me to them baised on my Zip code. After initially reaching out all communicated via text bot and then followed up by a sales person via text and phone calls. Out of those 6 dealerships; 1 (the closest) started communication and then never responded; 2 had 2025 premium wrxs but claimed the cars were "different" than the advertised car and asked for 1/3rd more than advertised 1 of the salesman of which would not even send me a picture of the window sticker so I could see the "difference"; the 4th and 5th dealerships just said they did not have cars the fit that criteria would happily lease me a 2026, or ts for over 1/3rd more. Then I reached out to Subaru of Albany and as I had accustomed to a text bot reached back and within minutes Reese at Subaru of Albany called me and asked what I was looking for. I told him exactly what I was in search of and he said "I dont think I have a 2025 but let me see what we can do; is it okay if I call you back in a few minutes". I said absolutely. He called back and said "I have hopefully good news. I don't have a 2025 but I have a 2026 for $6 more a month and small down payment. I said yes. And asked to do as much as the paperwork as possible electronically including credit apps ect. Reese sent and received all the documents. He made and sent me a video of the car and even sent me the money factor. My son and I made the 100 mile treck to the dealership a few days later and was greeted with a smile, shown and took the car for a test drive and solidified the deal. No surprises, no hassle, no hidden anything. They were Great! I met the sales manager, the service manager, the sales coordinator, and the relationship liaison. Reese even bought my son and I a sandwich before driving home. It was truly the best dealership experience i have ever had!

I took my car here to get an oil change for the first time a week or so after getting the oil change. Oil pressure light came on so I had to get my car towed all the way to the dealership because their mechanics could not do a very simple oil change properly. Be very careful with this dealership which I live very far away. The tow fee costed over $200. The dealership said they would pay for it and they did but still very unprofessional I finally got the check a month later with the wrong name on it 😡😡😡 every single person I talk to at this dealership was extremely rude
