  Sierra was an amazing help getting us in the car of our dreams! She spoke to us on Facebook before hand and was upfront about everything. The manager there was also fantastic! No pressure, very casual. We were upfront about the fact that we didn't want add on coverages and they respected our choice completely. All around amazing buyer experience. 10/10 recommend.

  I worked with Sierra, the 2 Mike's and Jariah. WOW! Can't think of anything other than what a team. Pleasant, helpful, professional and very patient with all my questions. Sierra got the brunt of most of the questions and she was wonderful.

  I had a very difficult situation that was really stressing me out that had to do with my cars registration and all the service staff, especially savanna, helped me out a ton and were all very empathetic to my situation. I appreciate it greatly and my car is running great 👍

  Hyundai of Albany had been helping with my older cars issues, and now with purchasing a new car. They were all very kind and let my dog hang out inside since it was warm outside and I didn’t expect to buy a new car that day! Will continue to take both of our Hyundais to the Albany location!

  A few months back we spent over 2k on general maintenance and an oil change. We started hearing noises on acceleration and found out there was no oil in the car after only 3,000 mi. Luckily for them we avoided major engine damage but this was after we were told an oil leak was fixed and an oil change was done by this service center. We also found out that they didn't even replace the oil filter like is standard on every oil change (meaning we went 8,000-10,000 mi almost without changing the oil filter). To make this right we called them and they said that they would do a free oil change and give us an oil filter (which is the least that could be done because that's the service we were supposed to get in the first place). I then requested to do full synthetic instead of a synthetic blend but after getting the paperwork back they still gave us a synthetic blend so this was the final straw for me. The front desk people are very nice and professional as they told the service center and made note that we wanted full synthetic but the car service center sucks. Do not use this service center.
