The manager lied stated after I made a complaint that I have severe oil leak. I do not never need to add oild to my car. Lastly he was rude and told me to to leave. I have made a complaint with company 3 days ago and they said the manager will call me to make this right. I still have not received a phone call. I just received call from area manager not making anything better. He has video of the whole event but will not send me a copy due to legal team rules..... Hmmm yeah because it's a lie to cover your butt.
