Jay did an amazing job trying to get down to the bottom of everything and I do feel like I'm in a better spot. They didn't charge me for it, and I really appreciate all the help. Thank you! My car has been having trouble starting, and Saturday it wouldn't start at all. Called around and they squeezed me in, and we're really nice. I told them there might be something wrong with my starter or alternator. So they tested both of those and found no issue. My battery was dead though, so they asked if I wanted a new one. I said yes, when I shouldn't have, because my old battery was purchased in the year. That one is on me. It didn't fix my issue though, as my car is still having issues starting. I'll still have to bring it in somewhere to have it diagnosed.
