Compared to Caliber Collision, Gerber got parts in ASAP, did great work, kept me in the know of what was going on, and even had me come in to make sure it looked good before drilling holes (I had new rear aero put on). They even washed and did a nice detail on the car on top of it. Big shout-out to Melissa and Terry for being awesome and really for doing the job right! Gerber is one of the best in the area

From the very first phone call, I felt a wave of relief. No one wants to deal with car damage, but as soon as I dropped off my keys, I felt noticeably less stressed. Everyone I interacted with was kind and professional, and Melissa was absolutely amazing. Her communication throughout the entire process was outstanding. I always knew exactly what was happening with my car, from when it was being painted to when it was being reassembled. That level of detail was surprisingly fun to know about. The work was completed way ahead of schedule, even over a holiday weekend, and the results were fantastic. I was initially nervous about how well the paint would match, but they nailed it. The affected areas actually look better than before the accident. And as a nice extra touch, my car was returned much cleaner than when I dropped it off, inside and out! I honestly have zero suggestions for improvement. I hope I don’t need body work again anytime soon, but if I do, this is 100% where I’m going. Highly recommend!
