    We had to get a rental car cause a dear hit the side of our car and the car we got had issues. The manager tried to blame my girlfriend and said it was her fault and they would charge us for a tow to there lot to drop it off. I used my roadside assistance to have the battery jumped, like I told the lady it was a bad batter needed a new one. Got it jumped, the driver said it is a very bad battery, if I could give 0 stars I would. Never going back to them

    I will never use this place again. In one week I had to swap the car THREE times. The first car had a broken windshield wiper which is needed for all this rain we are getting, the second one kept beeping at me to put my seatbelt on even though I had it on and the reverse camera would get stuck on screen while driving, the third car it’s Bluetooth and Apple car play constantly disconnected (I tried several phones and cables to make sure I wasn’t the problem). I also took video recordings of these issues I had. I was involved in a car accident which is why I needed a rental. Taking time from my very busy week to swap the car and having to deal with everything else because of the accident was extremely stressful. I was not compensated in any way for having to come back multiple times. In one week I used four cars and they were all new with little miles on them but each one had a problem. If you call this place or go into the office you will be on hold/waiting for a very long time because they only have ONE person working at the desk. Sam handled the stress and busy flow of customers like a pro, so I give her kudos for that!

    Every time I have to go here (usually emergency situations), they are extremely helpful and friendly!! I never have to stress over an already stressful situation. Thank you for always being there for us in our time of need.

    If you ask me where I usually rent my car, my answer will almost always be Enterprise Rent-A-Car. I’ve consistently had positive experiences with them and have never had a reason to complain. That said, I do have a few suggestions for improving the service without increasing costs or compromising vehicle quality. During my recent rental, the process felt slower than expected, even though I had already completed the online check-in and submitted my driving history. To enhance efficiency and overall customer satisfaction, Enterprise could consider integrating ODEM-style telematics in their vehicles. Drivers who demonstrate safe habits—such as maintaining proper following distance, avoiding harsh or erratic maneuvers, staying within speed limits, and preventing near-miss events—should have the opportunity to earn a 10–20% discount. I also believe that equipping all vehicles with front and rear cameras (while keeping the interior camera-free to protect privacy) would further improve safety on the road. It’s time for rental companies to recognize and reward responsible drivers, and Enterprise is well-positioned to lead the way.

    Does not inform customers of anything before coming in, wasn't informed of a deposit until I was already on the bus heading over there. Then the lady told me I had to have a credit card and was very rude and snotty, and dropped my card into my purse and walked away.
