However that's where it ended. Less than a month later the new blade is skittering across my windshield. And the response from the next employee when I called to inquire about having the defective blade replaced? "You can come in and purchase a new one." No other option, zero customer support and no questioning of a product that wasn't worth the packaging it came in. Thanks: for nothing, AutoZone.
